Our 50th Reunion
A Memorable Evening Had By All
When: Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 5:30-10:30 PM
Where: Los Verdes Golf Club
7000 Los Verdes Drive, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA
Throughout the evening we had fun playing 70's trivia games, listening to music, dancing (and yes some of us still have it), and a chance to win raffle prizes and of course catching up with classmates! We also had a Memorial Table to honor all those no longer with us, but not forgotten.
What did you miss?
Class Of 71 President Denise Main Miller drew the free ticket winner, Cheryl Okamoto.
Class Of 72 President Bill Moton drew the four winners of the 4 door prizes. Hilariously he first drew his name and then he drew Mary Fair. They were both so embarrassed but extremely happy to receive Pat Galvan‘s beautiful crocheted afghans with our school colors!
Class Of 73’ Sue Audeh Rausch drew the names for the raffle. 16 happy winners!
David Schwope a wonderful guitar player and singer from the Class Of 72 performed for us during cocktail hour. We all enjoyed his music! Later in the evening he was our DJ and got us all up and dancing as if nobody was watching lol!.
Our photographer Jim Sage is the husband of Georgie Jurado Class Of 71. He was absolutely fabulous and taking candid photo shots all night long with his different photo lenses. He captured some great shots which we will send to everyone by email as soon as we put together a portfolio of pictures. Thank you, Jim
A big thank you to Nancy and Mary's daughters who generously gave their time to make sure everything went smoothly.
